We may, at our discretion, alter any hike itinerary or cancel if there is a red alert issued by the local authorities or in a case of "force majeur". Force Majeur means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond control, the consequences of which neither nor its agents could reasonably be expected to avoid, including, but not limited to, war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity (actual or threatened), industrial dispute, technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, natural disaster, fire, flood, drought, and adverse weather conditions. In any case, you'll be offered an alternate date for the same hike or a full reimbursement.

10. Cancellation by you

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the hike will be refunded 100%. Cancellations carried out within 3 - 6 days will incur an administration fee of 10%. All cancellations must be advised by the signatory of the booking by phone or email at least 48 hours prior to any hike.
