Larano - Village of Caniçal
Close to one of the most beautiful village, Porto da Cruz, northeast side of the island, begins Vereda do Larano path. Described as a coastline trail, most of the route is made at 350m altitude.
Breathtaking, landscapes, on abrupt and dramatic cliffs, which extend to sea level, as well as stunning views over northeast coast of the island.
Along the way, and as a backdrop, on sunny days, we are presented with views over Porto Santo Island. With an enchanting gaze over the eastern end, Ponta de São Lourenço, the adventure ends at the picturesque fishing village of Caniçal.
